    2) get them the right training.
    4) Identify each resources strength's and weakness. Also find out who likes what kinda work. Keep these things while assigning the work.

    a) Thumb rule is the area which has one defect, is likely to have more defects.
    b) Areas where defect reopen rate is high.
    c) Areas around the defect fixes.

    3) Risk: There is a critical defect introduced in release candidate.
    Mitigation: Due to defect fix, amount of testing will increase in short span of time. To mitigate the risk, identify the areas which are affected by the defect fix and prioritize them for testing. Take the high priorities first. Also, if there is a buffer resource or resources in other teams with the product knowledge, utilize them for testing remaining areas to complete the tasks within time.
